So, this all happened in the last thirtysomething days:

1. Left my job for a bigger opportunity.
2. Worked from home for the last four weeks. 
3. Took my beard-growing and pantless-working skills to a whole new level.
4. Sold my house.¹
5. Leased an apartment in Miami.
6. Will be moving there permanently next month. (!)

All this in one month. Holy crap, even I can’t believe it.

The bad news: the wife and daughter won’t be coming with me immediately. She has to find a job in the area first and my daughter must finish her first year of school. That Facetime thing from Apple will sure come in handy.²

So as you can imagine, I’m a big ball of emotions right now. I’m really excited but crap-your-pants scared at the same time. Let’s see how this turns out.
